Cancellation Policy

Luna Fertility and Wellness requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for services. 

1. If less than 24 hours advance notice is provided, 50% of the fee will be charged. 

2. Termination of Complete 10-day Stimulation Cycle with Trigger mid-treatment will not be refunded.
