Do you accept insurance? Can I use my HSA to pay?
We do not contract with any insurance providers, as many plans do not consider administration services medically necessary (despite our strongly disagreeing).
However, you can pay for Luna Fertility and Wellness services with an HSA card.
Why is there not a phone number listed on your site?
Our first contact with you will be through the new client form on our Contact Page. Feel free to add any questions you have for us on there. Rest assured, once you have a dedicated nursing team you will be able to be in direct contact with them for support during your treatment cycle.
Do you only do injections and teaching for fertility clients?
While our passion lies in serving those experiencing infertility, we can help with a variety of intramuscular or subcutaneous injections. For example, did your doctor prescribe Vitamin B12 shots and you’d like teaching at home—we can help! Please reach out and we will see how we can help you.
What is your service area?
Currently, we are serving Central Ohio—anything within the 270 loop and twenty minutes outside 270. Please feel free to message us if you are on the border of our service area, and we will see if we can work something out.
